Key Attributes
- URBAN: marks parcels as urban (1) or rural (0).
- FUNCTION: inferred dominant function — GOV (government), TRA (transport facilities), COM (commercial establishments), EDU (education), FIR (firms), GRE (green space), RES (residential), OTH (others).
- DENSITY: relative development‑density index (floating‑point value between 0 and 1).
- MIX: land‑use mix degree (floating‑point value between 0 and 1).
Typical Uses
Land‑use pattern analysis, functional zoning and spatial planning, urban vitality modelling, calibration of transport or agent‑based models.
