Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, spa - tial conflicts and the difficulty in meeting contactless ser - vice demands existing in the express terminal distribution of residential communities in megacities, this paper takes the collaborative distribution of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) as the core, systematically sorts out the current technological develop - ment status of low-altitude logistics UAVs and intelligent delivery UGVs, defines the core connotation and require - ments of terminal distribution in residential communities, and analyzes the industrial bottlenecks of unmanned dis - tribution while putting forward corresponding solutions. It designs five contactless terminal distribution modes based on the collaboration between UAVs and UGVs, conducts a quantitative comparison of these modes from the dimen - sions of efficiency, cost and implementation difficulty, and proposes scenario-based recommendation strategies ac - cordingly. Besides, the paper establishes a three-dimen - sional distribution space system integrating low-altitude, ground and underground layers, and clarifies the planning and architectural adaptation essentials as well as techni - cal parameters for community courier stations, UAV balco - nies, underground passages and other supporting facilities.
