Content & Attributes
Each street block includes the following 11 attributes:
- PARCEL_ID: Unique ID of the block
- CITY_NAME: Name of the city
- BLD_Count: Number of buildings within the block
- BLD_FLOORN: Average floor number
- BLD_FAR: Average floor area ratio
- BDL_bldDen: Average building density
- FORM_TYPE: Street block form type classification
- In_CBD: Whether the block is located within a Central Business District
- FUNCTION: Dominant functional use (e.g. residential, commercial)
- DENSITY: Functional density
- MIX: Degree of functional mixing within the block
