New phenomena, mechanisms and responses to urban shrinkage in the digital-economy era / 数字经济时代的城市收缩新现象、新机制与应对策略
The eleventh annual conference was held in person in Jagdaqi from 21 to 23 August 2026. Its 31 presentations addressed digital transformation, artificial intelligence, population loss, vacancy and spatial governance, followed by field observation in Jagdaqi and nearby shrinking towns.
第十一届年会于2026年8月21日至23日在加格达奇以全程线下形式举行，31场学术报告围绕数字转型、人工智能、人口流失、空间空置与治理展开讨论，并赴加格达奇及周边收缩型城镇开展现场考察。
