The fourth conference was linked to a week-long planning and design studio in Hegang. Research discussion and design experimentation addressed vacancy, resource transition and smart shrinkage together.
第四届年会与为期一周的鹤岗规划设计工作坊相连，把学术讨论和设计实践共同用于回应空置、资源转型与精明收缩。
